I just don't see WHY it needs to be made so terrible. I can't help thinking there would be a lot more nurses if nursing education weren't made needlessly difficult. It's difficult enough just with stuff that needs to be complicated and thorough. Why make it worse? Still, again I say I'm glad I have my job. It wears me out, but I do like working with the patients and it probably keeps me from actually giving up (as opposed to frequently feeling like giving up). That does seem to be it: trial by fire. That's what it's really about, right? The rest is just BS, trying to see if you can make it--like boot camp. At least that's what I hear, no real life experience myself. Hang in there!!
